As a Complex Care Trainer, you will:

Deliver face-to-face training sessions for carers and nurses at the South East London hub and regional locations.
Cover clinical topics including tracheostomy care, ventilation, PEG feeding, medication, epilepsy, and safeguarding.
Assess clinical competencies to ensure staff are confident, safe, and ready for the field.
Support the induction of new care teams through structured, compliant training pathways.
Maintain training records, track competency renewals, and report on staff progress.
Collaborate with Learning & Development to improve content and delivery methods.

Annual salary of £30,000 – £35,000.

Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (9am–5pm, with some flexibility).

A teaching qualification (Level 3 Award in Education & Training, PTLLS or equivalent).

Willingness to travel nationwide.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
