Service Manager required for an initial 3–6 month contract. This is a hybrid role, with on-site presence in Knutsford 2 days per week required. An immediate start is preferred, ideally in August or early September.

Key skills and experience:
Communication and stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships and gain buy-in for initiatives.
Highly organised, able to multi-task, deliver to strict deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
Experience working with third-party suppliers and within customer-focused environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with knowledge of analytical techniques.
Knowledge of ITIL processes (or ITIL Foundation certification).
Experience with Agile, Technology Product Management, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
Technical knowledge of networking and infrastructure (switches, routers, LAN, firewalls, load balancers, wireless, telecoms domain).
Strong team player, able to work independently and flexibly (including occasional on-site meetings in Cheshire under a hybrid model)
