I am seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Nursing Home Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded care home located near Snodland in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a reputable organisation known for delivering exceptional standards of nursing and residential care.

About the Role:

As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to support the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered to all residents. You will lead, motivate, and develop a team of clinical and care staff, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and fostering a positive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the overall management and operation of the care home

Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care team

Ensure high standards of care are maintained in line with CQC regulations

Contribute to staff training, development, and performance management

Support with audits, care planning, and risk assessments

Act as a role model for excellence in clinical practice and leadership

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active NMC registration

Proven experience as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager in a nursing home setting

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively

Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
