We are looking for a proactive and motivated Warehouse Operative to support our warehouse operations and assist Team Leaders in delivering departmental targets. You\’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient handling of aviation inventory in line with company procedures and airworthiness standards.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out material orders and movements in priority sequence
Ensure goods are correctly unloaded, handled and processed
Support continuous improvement and achieve operational targets
Maintain accurate documentation and use SAP and associated systems
Build strong working relationships internally and externally
Work cross-functionally across inbound, outbound, repairs and tool control
Provide regular updates to Team Leaders and participate in on-call roster
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an aviation supply chain or regulated warehouse environment preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Commercial awareness and ability to work effectively under pressure
Knowledge of UK CAA / EASA Part 145 regulations desirable
IT literate (MS Office, Excel, Outlook)
Requirements
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
Full UK driving licence
DBS and eligibility for SC security clearance
Compliance with Export Control regulations
