Job Description
Location: West BromwichSalary: £50,000Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Days)Holidays: 25 days + bank holidaysTeam: Supervising 4 electrical staff
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead the electrical team within a manufacturing environment. This is a key role responsible for managing all maintenance operations, including planned preventative maintenance, minor project work, and ensuring electrical compliance to statutory and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all electrical maintenance and inspection activities.

Manage small-scale projects involving the installation and upgrading of electrical equipment.

Supervise a team of 4 electricians and oversee any external contractors.

Serve as the technical authority on electrical matters for the company.

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g., HSE, EA).

Promote a strong health & safety culture and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.

Develop and deliver training programs for electrical staff.

Ensure compliance in ATEX (CompEx) zones – training provided if required.
Requirements:

Level 3 Electrical Qualification (e.g., Full City & Guilds).

Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
