Job Description

Position: Fabric Engineer \\n\\nSalary: £34 – £36k per annum\\n\\nContract: Permanent\\n\\nWeekly Hours: 40\\n\\nOn-call: 1 in 5\\n\\nStandby: 4:30 PM – 10 PM, not regular callouts\\n\\nWeekly standby payment: £150\\n\\n1 week in 4 weekend work 9am until 6pm\\n\\nCall out rate: 1.5\\n\\nHoliday: 25 days plus bank holidays\\n\\nCompany benefits and pension\\n\\nCompany van and fuel card provided\\n\\nAll work is local in Coventry\\n\\nLocation: Coventry \\n\\nA growing Building Services Company is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Fabric Engineer to cover leisure centre sites across Coventry. \\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nPerform building maintenance repairs\\nConduct building Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).\\nUtilise relevant experience in building maintenance tasks.\\nQualifications & Experience:\\n\\nRelevant experience in building fabric repairs is essential.\\nMust pass an enhanced DBS check\\nDriving licence\\nIf you are tried of driving all over the region/country and are looking for more local work.
