Contract: 12 months fixed term
Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday – Thursday
Salary: £24,571.00 – £26,231.00 Pro Rata

Our Finance Department has two short term Data Entry opportunities to support the team whilst we are implementing a new finance system. These roles are for 12 months reporting to the Accounting Services Manager.
You will be responsible for the day to day processing across our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.
Duties to include:
* Responsible for accurately keying invoices onto the finance system (Open Accounts)
* Responsible for checking and processing Sales Invoices through our workflow package
* Responsible for checking and reconciling data from our 3rd parties
* Responsible for retrieving and collating grant related data in order to support grant funding claims, ensuring claims reconcile back to expenditure
* Jointly responsible for checking and validating expense claims ensuring compliance with internal and external policies
* Responsible for all finance administration duties in regards to Local Groups, which includes account signatory changes and stationery requests resulting in correct stationery being send to the corresponding Local Group
* Daily post opening and distributing
Essential skills, knowledge & experience:
* Possess a good standard of education including Mathematics at GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent
* Have at least 12 months experience working in a busy Finance Office
* Possess excellent numerical and IT skills
* Be organised and methodical
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
