We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Assistant who is available for a 4 month contract with immediate start!
Tasks would include:
• Coding and inputting large volumes of survey data and written freeform comments using bespoke verification software.
• Dealing with incoming calls from members of the public, NHS Staff members, Charity Organisations and some other ad-hoc on the survey helpline; providing advice, completing surveys over phone, information/support.
• Any ad hoc admin duties as required.
What we’re looking for:

* Good communication skills- written and spoken
* Customer service/ Admin/ Data entry skills
Hours: Full time-Candidates must be able to work shift patterns from 7am-15:00pm and 15:00pm-23:00pm
Contract: 4 months
Salary: Competitive hourly pay
