Behaviour Mentor / Pastoral Support Officer – Secondary Schools (Newcastle & Northumberland)
Pay: £100-£120 per day (roughly £500-£600 a week for 5 days, paid weekly via PAYE)

We\’re looking for brilliant Behaviour Mentors and Pastoral Support Officers to join our team in secondary schools across Newcastle and Northumberland.
Schools are putting more into pastoral care than ever before – and they need calm, steady people who can connect with teenagers, build trust and help them stay on track.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Mentoring pupils who need extra support with behaviour or attendance
- Acting as a go-to person for students who need someone in their corner
- Supporting teachers and pastoral teams to create a positive school environment
- Helping young people find better ways to manage challenges
What we\’re looking for:
- Experience in youth work, sports coaching, mentoring or pastoral roles
- Patience, resilience and a sense of humour
- Someone who knows how to listen, guide and encourage
