We are seeking qualified and experienced Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) to carry out Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) surveys on domestic properties across Hampshire. Whether you’re looking for a full-time salaried role or prefer subcontract work, we have consistent opportunities available.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct domestic property surveys in line with EPC regulations and industry standards
• Accurately collect data and produce Energy Performance Certificates
• Liaise with clients, property owners, and agents to arrange assessments
• Maintain professional, timely, and accurate reporting standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment (or equivalent)
• Valid DEA accreditation and insurance
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
