TPF Recruitment is exclusively seeking a Private Client Tax Partner, or Director to join a prestigious, top-tier chartered accountancy firm based in Sidcup. Our client, a well-established and highly regarded chartered accountancy firm with offices nationwide and an international presence, is known for its outstanding reputation, positive culture, and substantial growth over the past 5 years. As a Private Client Tax Partner, or Director joining this esteemed firm, you will have a clear path for career progression. Your role will involve delivering personal tax and advisory services to a diverse client base, including directors of owner-managed businesses, property clients, wealthy individuals, and various private clients. Supported by a skilled and experienced medium-sized tax team, you will take on a client-facing position, overseeing the provision of advisory services covering a wide spectrum of personal tax issues, including IHT, CGT, trusts, estates, and more.
In this leadership role, you will influence and lead your team, driving the development of private client tax services within the top-tier firm. Your responsibilities will extend to developing client relationships, attracting new business, enhancing the private client offering, and playing a pivotal role in the growth and development of the Kent office\’s private client services.
Requirements
- Hold qualifications in ATT and CTA, ACA, ACCA, or STEP.
- Demonstrated prior experience at a senior level in Private Client Tax.
- Proven track record in client management, showcasing the ability to establish and maintain high-level client relationships, a critical aspect of this role.
- Evidence of successful tax experience, consistently delivering high-quality work on intricate UK private client matters while adhering to budget constraints.
- Previous tax experience in a practice setting would be advantageous, preferably within a top 100 or large independent firm.
