Overview
Are you an experienced digital marketer with a passion for driving demand, building brand presence, and delivering measurable results? This is your opportunity to lead high-impact digital media campaigns in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We\βre looking for a Digital Media Manager to take ownership of our paid digital channels β from PPC and paid social to programmatic and display β ensuring our campaigns are targeted, engaging, and delivering the best possible ROI. You\βll work closely with internal teams and external agency partners to plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns that reach our audiences and support our commercial goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid digital campaigns (PPC, paid social, programmatic, display, native, remarketing)
- Develop media plans, set budgets, define KPIs, and deliver performance reports with actionable insights
- Work with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are on brand, on budget, and data driven
- Partner with digital agencies, SEO advisers, and creative producers to deliver best-in-class campaigns
- Advise on audience segmentation, targeting, and media buying strategies
- Monitor digital trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Support the creation of high-performing landing pages and digital assets
- Ensure all campaigns comply with Financial Conduct Authority guidelines
- Manage and mentor the Digital Marketing Executive
Qualifications
- Proven experience running paid digital campaigns, ideally in financial services
- Expertise across PPC, paid social, programmatic, display, and SEO
- Strong understanding of audience acquisition, conversion tracking, and attribution models
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent project management skills β able to manage multiple campaigns at once
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across teams
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop team members
