The Opportunity

We’re looking for aBusiness Development Managerto play a pivotal role in our growth journey. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sunninghill, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week. You’ll be the driving force behind new business opportunities—building pipelines, nurturing client relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.

Alongside winning new work, you’ll help shape how Zynk is seen in the market—supporting the development of marketing initiatives that generate leads, strengthen our brand, and keep us front of mind in the health, fitness, and wellness sectors.

If you’re commercially savvy, proactive, and excited by the idea of combining business development with smart marketing to drive growth, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Bring

  • A proven track record inbusiness development, sales, or account management
  • Strong skills inprospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals
  • Experience insupporting or executing marketing campaignsthat drive lead generation
  • Familiarity withdigital marketing, social media, and content strategies
  • The ability tobuild and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Experience withCRM systems, sales reporting, and marketing analytics
  • Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentationskills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once
  • Flexibility to work in our Sunninghill office and remotely

Salary

£35,000 – £45,000, depending on experience.
