Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Digital Adoption & Learning Manager to join our Customer Success team within the Digital, Data and Technology function. The role focuses on enhancing user experience across our software portfolio and ensuring successful digital tool adoption. The manager will act as the product owner of our digital adoption product, VisualSP, creating engaging content and walkthroughs. The ideal candidate is independent, proactive, and collaborative with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  1. Be a superuser of VisualSP, leading content creation and management.
  2. Gather and analyze user feedback for content and process improvements.
  3. Create high-quality digital content, tutorials, guides, and walkthroughs.
  4. Use Microsoft Clarity and PowerBI to monitor usage metrics and insights.
  5. Identify pain points and implement strategies to improve user experience.
  6. Conduct training sessions and support content creators and users.
  7. Manage relationships with vendors and monitor digital adoption initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Minimum criteria include:

  1. Proficiency with VisualSP or similar platforms.
  2. Experience in digital adoption or related fields.
  3. Understanding of UX principles.
  4. Ability to analyze user feedback and metrics.
