The Role
As the nursing home manager / care home manager / registered home manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC legislation.
Delivering person-centred elderly care in line with the Gold Standard Framework.
Managing a dedicated staff team, promoting professional development, and supporting a positive culture.
Driving occupancy, financial performance, and operational excellence.
Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
The Person
To be considered for this nursing home manager / care home manager / registered home manager role, you must have:
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management or RMA qualification (essential).
Proven experience as a nursing home manager / care home manager / registered home manager within a nursing home setting.
Strong knowledge of CQC compliance, safeguarding, and clinical governance.
Understanding of the Gold Standard Framework and elderly care best practice.
Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
