What You Will Do:
– Maintain and support all MES systems within the Banbury plant, ensuring seamless operations.
– Collaborate with production, process, and third-party teams to develop robust MES communication interfaces.
– Develop custom reports, dashboards, and labelling updates to meet evolving business needs.
– Work alongside IT Management to create specifications for MES functionality, improving systems integration.
– Coordinate MES Technicians to ensure timely responses to system issues and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
– Participate in cross-functional initiatives, engaging with senior leadership and contributing to continuous improvement projects.
What You Will Bring:
– Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to MES applications such as Apriso, InSequence, or similar.
– Proficiency in databases and queries, ideally Oracle or PostgreSQL.
– Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerBI.
– Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
– Familiarity with programming and scripting languages to support MES development needs.
