What You Will Do:
– Develop and implement motion design systems, animations, transitions, and micro-interactions that enhance the user experience across diverse digital platforms.
– Collaborate closely with UX and UI designers to transform static designs into dynamic, seamless experiences.
– Partner with technical teams and software developers to ensure motion content is optimised and technically feasible.
– Maintain visual consistency across multiple interactions and digital touchpoints, ensuring cohesion and delight.
– Coordinate with creative operations and programme management teams to align project delivery timelines.
– Engage with stakeholders across various design functions to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
What You Will Bring:
– Proven experience in interaction design within agency or corporate environments, showcasing a strong portfolio of motion and animation work.
– Proficiency in tools such as AfterEffects, Principle, Framer, and a solid understanding of animation principles like timing and easing.
– Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as 3D tools like Cinema4D or Blender.
– Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.
– A minimum of three years\’ experience in motion graphics, with expertise in creating animations and motion graphics to integrate seamlessly into wider UI designs.
