Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role within fleet maintenance, workshop supervision, or as a senior vehicle mechanic manager.

Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicles, cars, or mixed fleets.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Relevant qualifications in vehicle mechanics or engineering (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
