In this role, you will collaborate with all areas of the business, serving as their go-to expert for brand advice. This could involve working with our advertising team on TV campaigns, ensuring the right messages reach our customers, or guiding internal communications for live events, helping optimize our assets and solve creative challenges. You will also help develop our brands, ensuring they remain relevant and continuously evolve to meet customer needs. This is a varied role, supported by a creative and passionate team who care deeply about our brands and their perception.
What you\’ll be doing
- Embed our brand vision, experience, identity, and creative platform across all business areas, ensuring consistency and impact.
- Establish and manage brand governance processes to ensure compliance with EE brand guidelines and principles.
- Provide expert consultation and final approval on all communications—internal and external—across channels including events, retail, digital, and training.
- Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines, ensuring they stay relevant, accessible, and consistently applied.
- Oversee creation, distribution, and evolution of brand assets aligned with strategic goals.
- Build strong relationships across teams, partnering on projects to bring the brand to life.
- Develop and deliver brand inductions, establishing a sign-up process for future sessions.
- Work with the strategy team to ensure product and service development aligns with the brand vision.
