Flow Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are currently looking to recruit Flow Coordinator to join our team based in West Drayton and work across the different departments. You will support the operations by completing all assigned tasks in a timely manner while ensuring quality and meeting the required targets. You must be a great communicator with a can-do attitude!

- 4 on 2 off pattern 06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00, 22:00 – 06:00

Job Summary:
Reporting into the Shift Leader, Warehouse & Goods Receiving, you will assist the Shift Leader (GGHN & Radius Park) with managing of the warehouse/inventory, looking after Goods Receiving, storing, picking & packing and distributing goods internally to achieve short- and long-term goals and KPI\’s. In the absence of the Shift Leader, you will be expected to deputise and carry out the assigned tasks
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborates closely with Warehouse to ensure stock levels are constantly monitored in line with Days on Hand data, minimum/maximum stock levels are adhered to, and targets and applicable business KPI\’s are met
- Reviews material waste and adjusts stock levels proactively and accordingly
- Reviews deadstock and adjusts stock levels proactively and accordingly
- Responsible for keeping all ordering activities in line with unit finance regulations and audit criteria
- Communicates with internal & external customers on irregularities and ensures GG Suppliers are performing to high standards with the support of Procurement
- Flexible in working in different area of the warehouse operations (GGHN & Radius Park)
- Any other activities as assigned by the Meal Ordering Manager (Purchasing Manager), i.e. Menu change meeting, new start up, Max demand validation
- Adheres to legal/ HACCP compliance across health and safety, food safety, security, and gateOPEX (in-house operational excellence program) and reports all incidents/accidents.
Qualifications:
Education:
- GCSE level or equivalent/High School Diploma or GED required
- Certification in food safety and/or sanitation preferred
Work Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience of working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- A forklift truck license and/or license to drive assisted lift equipment is preferable
- Awareness of Dangerous Goods Handling and aviation security
- Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with warehousing, production etc
- Previous experience in materials management and control supporting Make & Pack / Pick & Pack / Wash & Pack, managing inventories and interfacing with various functional areas
