What You Will Do:
• Create and develop highly emotional, industry-leading exterior and interior design proposals.
• Collaborate with the Manager and Chief Designer to ensure deliverables are on target and meet product definition, timing, and cost requirements.
• Utilise digital and analogue tools efficiently to create exceptional design bandwidth and final surface release solutions.
• Support senior management reviews with engaging 2D and 3D design presentations.
• Develop Design Vision models aligned with the company’s Design DNA Quadrants.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all programmes align with given timing plans.
What You Will Bring:
• Extensive experience in automotive exterior or interior design.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or a related field.
• A collaborative, strategic mindset and excellent organisational skills to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of the design process and deliverables, with the ability to execute projects to a high standard.
