Thrive Trowbridge are recruiting on behalf of a leading Wiltshire based manufacturing business who urgently seek a Project Manager on a 12 month contract basis (inside IR35) to lead critical projects across operations and production.

What you will be doing :

Lead full project lifecycle: scope, planning, execution, and delivery
Manage cross-functional teams, budgets, timelines, and risk
Drive ERP-related initiatives, including D365 optimisation
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Champion continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standardsWhat you will need to succeed :

Previous experience in a Project Engineer or Project Manager role, ideally manufacturing / engineering sector
Strong understanding of project methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
ERP experience highly desirable – especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
Formal PM qualifications: PRINCE2, PMI, APM or equivalent
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
