Objective of the role
As a Sales Ambassador in our Bicester Village store, you will be an ambassador of the brand, effectively providing a great customer journey by building and maintaining loyal clients to maximise profitability and productivity.
Job responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
Brand Ambassador
- Excite and instill passion and pride for the brand
- Embed the brand image for customers and the store team with a strong understanding of the brand DNA
- Lead by example, demonstrating behaviour that is always representative of the brand, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines
General Store VM/Client Management
- Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image
- Enhance customer service standards in store to ensure the best client experience
Sales/Business Monitoring
- Welcome all clients to ensure they feel comfortable and educate them about the brand
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Introduce additional complementary products targeted to clients and share product knowledge to drive sales and meet targets
- Process sales confidently and professionally
- Gather client CRM details to expand your client book
- Stay updated on fashion trends to improve product knowledge
- Research all product lines regularly
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Support stock control and management

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment
- Experience in selling RTW / LG
- Passion for fashion and sales
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on the client’s needs and experience
- Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador
- Understanding of retail KPIs
- Fluent in English & Arabic or Turkish; additional languages are advantageous
