Home First Team – Social Worker

Pay rate – £30.50 PAYE / £38 Umbrella

Swansea Council

  • Office based 5 x days per week (Monday to Friday)

  • Primarily based in Morriston Hospital, but may need to cover Singleton, Neath Port Talbot and Gorseinon.

Contract will initially be until end of March 2025.
