Medium sized Freight Forwarder near Heathrow are looking to recruit an Export AOG Night Operator
Ideally looking for someone with good AOG Export experience in the industry
Starting salary up to Β£38K
Hours 7pm-7am 4 on 4 off – NIGHTS
Role
Handling AOG/Time sensitive shipments
Export shipments via Air/Road via customers request i.e. Telephone, Email
Collation of Export documentation: Hawb\’s/Mawb\’s/Customs formalities/Post flight/Security procedures/routing of shipments/airline liaison/transport request and reporting/Cross trade movements
Export documentation – to ensure Awbs are cut and completed in accordance with customers instructions and rated correctly as per Iata Airlines regulations
Customs – to ensure Customs documentation is in accordance with suppliers instructions including IPR/OPR/Export Licence entries

Ideal Candidate/Key competencies
Some experience, working on AOGs in an Export Department, in a Freight Forwarding Company desirable.

Must be able to work under pressure & tight deadlines
Comfortable working on their own

Good time keeping / Attendance
Computer literate
Willing to cover opposite shifts holidays from time to time
Must be a car driver, due to location
