Your Responsibilities
- To ensure the department satisfies all customer requirements and increases all aspects of the parts business through Direct selling.
- To be fully conversant with all procedures within the Parts Department.
- To be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department, answering to the department manager.

- Parts Experience with BMW / Prestige centre
- Vehicle knowledge with BMW / Prestige centre
- Excellent communication and customer liaison skills
- Experience communicating with Senior Managers and Head of Business (reports)
- Ability to communicate the Companies products and services in a professional and timely manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to use own initiative
- Computer Literate – Word packages and Drive
