Salary: £32,062 – £36,363 Per annum | Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week | Wyre District Adult Disability Services

Permanent Management Opportunity for Staff in the Adult Disability Service

Hours of work: 37 per week working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis including work at evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays as required.

The role involves managing two or three teams supporting adults with learning disabilities living independently. You will work directly alongside staff to ensure effective support and will include weekend, evening, on-call, and sleep-in duties.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong positive values and principles in working with people with learning disabilities and have passion and enthusiasm for making a difference.
