The Role – Desk-Based Supervisor
This isn’t your typical site-based supervisor role – it’s desk-based, focusing on coordinating and supervising works across residential properties and voids, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning to completion.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-Day Coordination: Oversee contract performance, liaising with residents and customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure operatives, suppliers, and subcontractors follow health & safety guidelines and deliver high-quality work on time.
- Planning & Scheduling: Organise operatives and assist in scheduling appointments in collaboration with the call centre.
- Reporting & Documentation: Complete risk assessments, method statements, toolbox talks, and submit pre-inspection reports promptly.
- Meetings & Communication: Attend regular team meetings and provide updates to your line manager.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous supervisory experience in the repairs & maintenance industry.
- Knowledge: Familiar with health & safety regulations and maintenance processes.
- Driving Licence: Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with a proactive approach.
