Joining Andaz London Liverpool Street is choosing a 5-star lifestyle hotel located in the heart of vibrant East London. With five different Food & Beverage concepts ranging from Brasserie, Café Bar, Wine Lounge, Gastropub to Japanese cuisine, guests have a wide range of dining options to suit their every need.
Responsibilities
- Enabling a smooth arrival and departure experience including providing a detailed room orientation and assistance with delivering luggage
- Ensuring that all guests have the appropriate credit facilities established; and handling cash transactions and billing
- Assisting with guest requests throughout their stay and handling guest complaints
- Maximising revenue opportunities through upselling
- Providing extensive knowledge of the available hotel services and facilities, as well as information and assistance regarding the surrounding areas of the hotel
About you / Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel front office within the luxury segment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and familiarity with hotel management software, and proficient computer skills are ideal.
