What you will do as a Front Office Night Host
- Enable a smooth arrival and departure experience, including providing detailed room orientations and assistance with luggage.
- Ensure all guests have appropriate credit facilities and handle cash transactions and billing.
- Assist with guest requests and handle complaints throughout their stay.
- Maximise revenue opportunities through upselling.
- Provide extensive knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local area information.
About you
Previous experience in a luxury hotel front office is preferred. Strong communication skills, familiarity with hotel management software, and proficient computer skills are ideal.
