Role: Senior NPD Project Manager

Location: West London (Hybrid)

Are you a proactive project leader with experience in FMCG and a passion for delivering innovation at scale? We\’re hiring a Senior NPD Project Manager to lead commercialization projects across EMEA – spanning innovation, productivity, and supply optimisation. You\’ll manage a team of PMs, overseeing multiple projects annually, and working closely with commercial, supply chain, and bottling partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead complex NPD programs from concept to launch, managing scope, risk, and regional rollout.
  2. Team Leadership: Line manage and develop a small PM team, ensuring high performance and delivery.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with commercial and operational partners.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Identify process enhancements, drive efficiency, and champion project governance.
  5. Data & Reporting: Use tools like Excel, Power BI, and SAP to track KPIs and communicate progress.

Proven experience in FMCG NPD/commercialisation project management, strong leadership skills with team management experience, highly organised, detail-focused, results-driven, excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, proficient in data analysis and project reporting.
