Role: Team Leader
As a Team Leader at Ole & Steen, you will support the General Manager and lead a shift in their absence. Your responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, acting as a role model, and fostering an atmosphere where quality meets approachable luxury. You should be friendly, welcoming, and capable of making guests feel at home.
You will lead by example and inspire your team to deliver a high level of customer experience. A passion for great service, people, coffee, food, and hospitality is essential.
