Occupational Therapist Location: Gloucestershire Pay: £35p/h Umbrella Hours: 3 days per week Contract: Ongoing contract until March 2026 initially. Our Local Authority client are recruiting an Occupational Therapist for their service in Gloucestershire. Key responsibilities: Produce high-quality Occupational Therapy reports for EHCP assessments, outlining needs, outcomes, and required provision. Deliver tailored therapy to children with diverse developmental, sensory, physical, and emotional needs. Work with education professionals to deliver indirect therapy and workforce development where appropriate. Provide evidence-based services in line with UK standards across school and community settings. Give specialist written advice and represent the local authority at SENDIST appeals or in professional discussions with other OTs.Requirements: Must hold valid HCPC registration and be members of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists. Minimum of 5 years of paediatric Occupational Therapy experience, including experience in writing reports for EHCP assessments.
