Berkeley St Edward London is a key part of the Berkeley Group, and we deliver projects under both the Berkeley and St Edward brands. St Edward is a Joint Venture with M&G Investments.
Our central London projects include 9 Millbank, West End Gate and Trillium in Marylebone, Oval Village, and Parkside at Chelsea Bridge. The Outer London projects include Eden Grove in Staines and The Exchange Watford, Syon Lane in Osterley and North Street in Guildford.
Key Responsibilities
To provide a professional and efficient service to all prospective and current customers and to secure the required profitable sales with the aim of achieving financial targets and an excellent customer experience in accordance with the commitments and ambitions of Vision2030.
- To maintain the presentation of the sales areas to the highest standard.
- To understand the USPs of the development and how they evolve through the development sales cycle.
- To research the marketplace and use the data to sell above the competition.
- To effectively manage a sales database to optimise sales opportunities.
- To generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity.
- To sell in line with target whilst maximising profit.
- To maximise the telephone & virtual reality as a sales tool.
- To apply effective selling skills in order to exceed required profitable sales targets.
- To progress secured reservations to completion.
- To anticipate and manage the threat of cancellation and minimise the cancellation rates.
- To ensure a smooth journey for the customer and the company during the legal process.
- To effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service.
- To work as a participative member of the sales team.
- To effectively manage all sales administration in order to ensure that correct reporting is provided.
- To actively focus on self-development and the improvement of sales.
- To represent Berkeley homes to the highest possible standards of business.

Due to the nature of this role, weekend working will be required. Typically, one in every four weekends is offered off on a rota basis.
