Your Key Responsibilities
- Work under supervision and follow standard work instructions;
- Record and document data accurately;
- Operate machines and perform changeovers as per certification;
- Set up, calibrate, and maintain tools and equipment;
- Complete changeover documentation and first piece paperwork;
- Perform operator TPM (Total Preventative Maintenance);
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues;
- Ensure quality and quantity standards;
- Perform self-inspections with precision measuring equipment;
- Train other operators as needed;
- May work in other departments or set up processes;
- Read and interpret production prints.
Your Qualifications
Education: Grade 12 diploma;
Experience: Successful experience as an Operator Level I or equivalent;
