We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated General Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the PSA.
Representing over 2,500 individuals and companies within the event industry, the PSA supports its members and liaises with a wide range of event industry organisations, stakeholders, and government.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall management of the Association, ensuring the efficient delivery of member services and alignment with the organisation\’s strategic goals.
Reporting to the elected Council, the GM oversees day-to-day financial administration, manages membership engagement, and drives operational excellence. The role also includes governance support, risk management, and compliance oversight, while implementing internal strategies to improve service delivery and member satisfaction.
The GM is a key leadership position, requiring staff management and fostering a collaborative environment with the Council and external stakeholders. This full-time role requires flexibility, remote working with occasional travel, and engagement in industry events.
Experience within the professional live events sector is preferred but not mandatory. Salary and benefits available on application.
