Overseeing a flagship site in Central Manchester, with a team of 15 staff. Plan and strategise with Exec Chef and local client. Think out of the box for hospitality, events and food offer. Develop offer to grow business and work with Booking to encourage staff back to the office. We help our clients maximise the potential of food in the workplace.
