Analytics Hub
We have recently established an ‘Analytics Hub’ that provides specialist analytics capability in support of our consulting projects. It is an incredibly exciting time for the business, with the team growing rapidly and working across a wide spread of client challenges including:

About The Role
We are looking for a People Analytics specialist to join our growing Analytics Hub and take on a leading role across multiple assignments. The role will involve advising clients and project teams; supporting business development; and coaching and developing junior consultants. To be successful in the role you will need to bring together solid quantitative skills, general consulting capabilities, and a collaborative, down-to-earth style.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day execution of people analytics and SWP projects, including management of small consulting teams
- Conduct analyses and develop high quality reports, create insightful recommendations that lead to enhanced business outcomes
- Advise clients and project teams with SME input
- Support the development of new approaches/analytics tools
- Support Business Development with proposals and materials
Requirements
- 7+ years relevant professional experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and hit the ground running in new contexts
- Experience in strategic workforce planning and workforce modelling in large complex organisations
- Understanding of the end-to-end employee lifecycles and ability to advise clients on the levers to pull to get better operational and commercial outcomes
- Experience working with large, complex people data and ability to connect with external data sources
- Good overall understanding of strategy, operating model design, business operations and people analytics
- Excellent communication skills and facilitation skills with the ability to explain complex results or concepts to non-data audiences
- Advanced analytics and quantitative skills to solve business problems (e.g. statistical analysis, predictive modelling, data visualisation)
- Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills with experience in producing high-quality, insightful outputs
- Entrepreneurial mindset to help grow Q5’s analytics practice
