This role offers the opportunity to assist high-growth companies across the technology and life sciences sectors, advising on complex corporate transactions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The firm has a strong reputation for advising clients at all stages of their development, from start-ups to established global enterprises. The corporate team provides strategic legal counsel on M&A, venture capital financing, and broader corporate matters, working closely with businesses, investors, and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on M&A and venture capital transactions, supporting clients through all stages of investment and expansion.
- Assisting high-growth companies with corporate structuring, fundraising, and other strategic matters.

- Contributing to the development of the corporate practice, including mentoring junior team members.
Candidate Profile:
- UK-qualified solicitor, holding or eligible for a Solicitors’ Practising Certificate.
