This role offers the opportunity to assist high-growth companies across the technology and life sciences sectors, advising on complex corporate transactions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on M&A and venture capital transactions, supporting clients through all stages of investment and expansion.
