The Role
Private Client Solicitor – Up to £55,000 salary – Banbury
This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning, modern, dynamic, and supportive law firm offering specialist quality legal advice to commercial clients and private individuals.
The firm’s leading private client team acts for executors and trustees on both contentious and non-contentious matters and is recognised across the South East for its outstanding client care and high-quality work.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm, it is now seeking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor with 3-4 years PQE to work alongside partners in the department of ten Solicitors.
The successful candidate will be working on wills, probate, LPA’s and trusts for a broad range of high net worth individuals including business owners and farmers.
The Candidate
- Private Client Solicitor with at least 4 years post qualification experience or equivalent
- Attend marketing/networking events for the firm to bring in work
- Representing the firm through external/internal presentations
- Giving talks at local care homes and charity groups
- Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
