Overview
Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Senior Aftersales Advisor to join our KIA dealership in Solihull. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday – Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota (1 in 3). Salary: up to £33,000 basic with an OTE of £39,000. The role reports to the Aftersales Manager. Location: Solihull, West Midlands, United Kingdom, B93 8NE.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Aftersales Manager in the day-to-day running of the service department.
- Advise customers using company systems and resources to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Ensure quotes and charges are recorded accurately, and invoices are paid in line with AMG guidelines.
- Work in collaboration with the sales department to ensure the cohesive running of the site.
Qualifications
- Strong senior automotive service advisor experience, ideally from a franchised dealership.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Experience using computer software systems, ideally Kerridge.
- Previous management/supervisor experience would be highly advantageous.
