This is an in office based role, predominantly based from our London (Shoreditch) office with regular travel to our other offices (Brighton, Manchester and Cardiff) every quarter. You will be able to expense travel and hotel costs when working outside of London.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Partner with 3rd party office providers to ensure each office is clean, functional, and conducive to productivity.
  2. Support any office move or relocation projects, managing logistics and minimising disruption for teams.
  3. Plan and coordinate inclusive social events and cultural initiatives that resonate across all offices.
  4. Ensure all offices meet health and safety regulations, conducting regular checks, and maintaining appropriate records (e.g., fire safety, first aid, emergency procedures).
  5. Manage office and event budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying ways to optimise costs without compromising the office environment or employee experience.
  6. Support the onboarding process for new hires by ensuring their workspace is ready, including desk setup, office orientation, and access to resources.

We’re Looking For

  1. Proven experience in office or facilities management, with strong event planning skills.
  2. Ability to travel regularly to each office location.
  3. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a knack for fostering inclusive and enjoyable workplace culture.
  4. Ability to manage multiple locations and projects simultaneously, with keen attention to detail and the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively.
  5. Ability to manage and track budgets effectively, making cost-effective decisions and identifying areas to optimise spending without sacrificing employee experience.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with employees, vendors, and leadership. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport across diverse teams and understand cultural nuances in each office.
