The company has developed a suite of AI-powered platforms that streamline project outreach, predict planning outcomes, and optimise contractor workflows. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will begin by selling their flagship outreach automation platform before progressing to a full portfolio of market-leading solutions. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full 360° sales cycle, from prospecting and cold calling to demos and closing deals. You will work closely with leadership in a collaborative, high-energy team, with a clear path to become an Account Executive within 12 months. Key Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing. Generate new business opportunities through lead generation. Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to engage potential clients. Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value. Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline.
