Offensive Security | Global Consultancy | UK (Remote-first)

We’re hiring multiple penetration testers across seniority levels into a single, established global consultancy with a mature offensive security practice. This is not a body‑shop or checkbox testing environment — the team delivers realistic, intelligence‑led testing across complex client estates.

Open Roles (All within the same team)

  • 1× Offensive Security Manager – Up to £90,000
  • 2× Senior Offensive Security Consultants – Up to £60,000 each
  • 1× Junior Offensive Security Consultant – Up to £45,000

You’ll join a collaborative offensive security function delivering work that spans penetration testing, adversary simulation, red & purple team activity, and advanced security assessments.

Working Model

  • UK‑based, remote‑first
  • Client travel: typically low, max ~20% (worst case)

What You’ll Be Working On

Depending on level and experience, the team delivers work across:

  • Web application & API penetration testing
  • Internal & external infrastructure testing
  • Wireless and mobile security assessments
  • Red and purple team operations
  • Social engineering and adversary simulation

Senior and manager‑level hires will also contribute to engagement leadership, mentoring, client interaction, and methodology development.

Who They’re Looking For

Junior Offensive Security Consultant

  • Early‑career pentester with strong fundamentals
  • Hands‑on experience via labs, CTFs, home labs, or coursework
  • Interest in progressing into a full penetration testing role
  • Certifications helpful but not essential (OSCP / CREST CPSA / CTM)

Senior Offensive Security Consultants

  • Proven penetration testing experience across multiple disciplines
  • Strong reporting and client communication skills

Offensive Security Manager

  • Experienced offensive security professional with leadership capability
  • Hands‑on background — still close to the technical detail
  • Experience leading complex engagements and mentoring consultantsStrong offensive security certifications required (OSCP, CREST CRT/CTM, etc.)
