What's the Role?
As the Asbestos Operations Manager, you'll be at the helm of operational delivery for asbestos removal projects-ensuring safety, compliance, and client satisfaction at every step. Leading a team of 15-20 professionals, you'll implement health and safety standards, manage performance, maintain accurate records, and build strong client relationships.
What You'll Need
Required:
- BOHS P402 and P405 certifications
- 8+ years' experience in the asbestos industry

- Client Relationship ManagementAct as the primary operational contact, providing expert advice and managing relationships and contracts with clients.
- Team LeadershipInspire and manage your team through effective line management, ensuring high standards across all activities.
- Health & Safety CulturePromote and maintain a robust health and safety culture via training, briefings, and best practices.
- Management InformationProduce and deliver monthly reports-both internal scorecards and client KPIs-to track and communicate performance.
