Job Description
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join a well-established provider of traditional and digital dental products. Covering South East England and London, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with both new and existing customers, driving sales growth, and introducing innovative products into the market.
This is a fantastic role for a motivated sales professional who wants to take ownership of a thriving territory and build long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing customer base while identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Promote and sell traditional and digital dental equipment, consumables, and sundry products
- Pass digital enquiries to the Digital Team and collaborate to grow this area
- Achieve agreed sales targets within the first 3 months and beyond
- Create and maintain a structured call plan, visiting 5–7 dental laboratories per day within the territory
- Organise and run study clubs, workshops, and demo events (minimum of 3 annually)
- Attend key dental shows and industry events to build networks and identify opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records, calendars, and reports
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to ensure the best possible customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales (dental industry experience preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong time-management and planning abilities
- Willingness to travel across South East England & London, with some overnight stays
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
- Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach
What’s On Offer
- Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 basic £10,000 OTE
