About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Tax Incentives Team Manager to lead a team of Tax Analysts, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with expertise in tax incentives and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a team of Tax Analysts, delegating tasks effectively.
- Monitor team performance to maintain high standards.
- Provide coaching and support to enhance efficiency.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous development.
- Review and approve tax calculations and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage amended corporation tax return submissions and additional information requests.
- Stay updated on tax incentive regulations and provide expert guidance.
- Improve systems and processes for better departmental function.
- Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to tax incentive claims.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance communication and alignment.
