An extremely rare opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent with a natural talent for mentoring and coaching to support a network of dedicated Sales and Lettings business owners across the Midlands area as their Business Development Manager / Performance Director.

This is a Midlands based role and as such you will be based in either Birmingham, Warwickshire, Black Country or Staffordshire areas and be willing to travel across your region regularly.

Business Development Manager – Package

  • An overall package of £55,000 plus a £5000 car allowance
  • Monday to Friday role

Business Development Manager – Duties

  • The role of Business Development Manager is primarily strategic and responsible for providing business growth orientated support.
  • On a daily basis you will liaise with your network providing support, mentorship and guidance helping them work towards improving business turnover and profits.
  • You will support them in identifying opportunities specific to the individual’s business and guide them with the implementation of new processes, procedures, or business generation ideas to achieve business growth and performance goals.
  • The role will be varied and no two days will be the same; you could find yourself supporting a member of your network on forecasting and budgets and then supporting another with system tools and know-how.
  • You will conduct regular visits across your network ensuring support is received on a regular and consistent basis.

Business Development Manager – Experience Needed

  • Previous experience within the industry at a senior level of at least 5 years.
  • An assertive, results-driven individual confident in taking action.
  • You will be a proven manager of people, able to coach and support business owners.
  • You will be an engaging communicator able to develop strong, trusted, and respected relationships.
  • You will be a strategic thinker able to see the wider vision and implement the necessary steps to achieve these.
