The Opportunity:

This is a unique and varied opportunity which combines Customer Service, Event Management & Housekeeping to ensure that our Student Residents’ experience is always delivered to the high standard and luxury that we pride our Vita Student brand on.

Customer Service

  • Single point of contact for all residents and visitors

  • To attend to any query or incident within the residence and resolve the issue promptly

  • Coordinating the delivery of mail and parcels with residents

Housekeeping / Cleaning

  • Cleaning of all public and communal areas

  • Housekeeping of resident rooms

  • Maintenance and delivery of building standards

  • Daily site walks to ensure that standards are maintained

Event Management

  • Help with the planning and running of events

  • Ensuring breakfast is set up and maintained/stocked throughout the morning to ensure every resident receives the same experience

  • You must have a passion for delivering high-end Customer Service to all our residents and visitors.

  • You need a keen eye for housekeeping with a meticulous approach to cleaning.

  • A passion for running and managing events would be ideal, however, we are happy to teach you how our events are run
