The Opportunity:
This is a unique and varied opportunity which combines Customer Service, Event Management & Housekeeping to ensure that our Student Residents’ experience is always delivered to the high standard and luxury that we pride our Vita Student brand on.
Customer Service

Single point of contact for all residents and visitors

To attend to any query or incident within the residence and resolve the issue promptly

Coordinating the delivery of mail and parcels with residents
Housekeeping / Cleaning

Cleaning of all public and communal areas

Housekeeping of resident rooms
-
Maintenance and delivery of building standards

Daily site walks to ensure that standards are maintained
Event Management

Help with the planning and running of events

Ensuring breakfast is set up and maintained/stocked throughout the morning to ensure every resident receives the same experience
