We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Student Administration Officer within the Student Administration team. This role focuses on providing vital administrative support for key student-related processes, ensuring efficient operations and enhancing the student experience.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
In this role, you will contribute to the effective management of student data and processes within the Registry. Key responsibilities include:

Administering and maintaining accurate student records across areas such as applications, enrolments, course changes, tuition fees, and funding eligibility.

Performing data validation, quality checks, and reporting to ensure compliance with internal policies and external funding requirements.

Providing excellent customer service by handling internal and external queries related to Registry processes and offering clear, accurate guidance.

Supporting key events such as enrolment, open days, and examinations, and contributing to general departmental operations, including reception and postal services.

Ensuring compliance with GDPR and maintaining comprehensive audit trails for internal and external reviews.
