We are looking for a brilliant Account Director to take a lead role in the performance comms for British Gas, working closely with the client to understand their business, market and trading and identify opportunities and key touchpoints to drive better sales and product uptake. Confidence and an interest in creative performance will be essential, along with enthusiasm for working collaboratively with the strategists and creatives on the account to continually push for better, more effective work. Itβs a role with lots of autonomy and great headroom; you will work into our Business Director, who will help to manage and develop your skills, as you take on day-to-day performance client management responsibilities on the account. Key Skills: Curiosity about exploring the products and services offered and being developed by our clients, to be able to articulate understanding of them internally to the wider team. Ability to bring together strategy, creative and design or content creation to work well together in an agile manner to get to the best output for our clients. Enjoy trying something new, working with a test and learn approach and continually optimising the work you do. Able to give and receive feedback that supports the development of the creative work. Interested in human behaviour, social trends, and how ideas influence people. Enjoy diving into performance metrics and a desire to help achieve tough sales targets. Confident in running a project end to end, from creative brief to delivery including management of production budgets and timings. Has a results mindset β wants to stay on top of results to inform further testing and optimise our work. Unafraid to ask questions and look for new insights. Strong and persuasive communicator. Key Experience: Experience (and interest) in service or regulated brands (e.g. energy, telecoms, insurance, banking etc) is favoured but not essential.
